Who would you suggest - because I can't see any realistic options

Similar situation to last season.Only this time round we're not fighting to get into SL.

The only option I see available is Stewart.

these injuries seem to go on forever,we will turn out 17 bodies for the Hull game on Monday but the squad seems a bit busted at the moment,I think a middle 8 qualification is inevitable now,it's hard to see us winning an away game, though I think we will somewhere.
Can we win on Monday?Of course we can, but we have to start playing as we did earlier in the season, I also hope Drinky comes back sooner rather than later.

Quite possibly not, hence why he is primarily a winger - but needs must

Hansen hasn't played there since early last season, but would've thoug he'd be more likely to make the move out there than Tickle. Burr seems to be seen as a middle player, not sure he's mobile enough to play second row.

Alan, I totally agree. Jack Smith was in a poor position, so much so he was impeding our own players trying to get to the ball as it bounced towards our in-goal area. If he hadn't got in the way we would probably have been able to avoid the drop out which he then gave because we had to scoop the ball dead. Smith then gave the drop out decision. So, based on that decision, if Salford had touched down at that point he would have awarded Salford a try. We are doing things tough enough without Referees getting in the way, albeit accidentally.
It will be a disgrace if Gregg McNally gets cited by the RFL for anything. To say that he put hands on Smith is ridiculous.

When Higson first started playing for Leigh, along with Ian Mort, at Hilton Park, he used to get some amazing passes away. They appear to get the flair coached out of them during their career.

Well done, DJ, very moderate. The citation is surely, by all accounts, a nonsense purely to flesh out a meeting of the disciplinary committee and justify their excessive expense claims for attending the session.

Then again, Salford Pete, rang Bongser earlier and, as talk finally drifted away from his crowing, he mentioned a time when Gaz Hock (then Salford) was galloping as he entered the in goal area and collided with the static, rabbit in the headlights ref. Several games ban. GH, fair enough, had previous, surely the McNally case is a waste of everyone's patience!!

As to Friday's match I thought your defence was generally excellent and apart from a few drop-outs it wasn't as if we were continually breaking your line or hammering away in your 10m. Both teams dropped a hell of a lot of ball (god forbid we ever go back to winter rugby and actual bad weather!

) and it was far from a classic. I'd expect you to turn Hull over on Monday if you can find a bit more in attack. As for Jack Smith..... dear god he was poor for both teams. Needs to cut his teeth in the lower divisions but with so few options to replace him I can't see it. The standard of reffing in SL is abysmal for our so-called "flagship" league.

I have seen the footage of that Alan, it's on Centurions fans & news FaceAche page.

The ref clearly backs into McNally as Greg himself is hurtling towards the ball from the grubber kick ....

No way on Earth can that collision be avoided & if he hadn't pushed the ref the he wouldn't have been able to palm the ball dead, therefore Salford could well.have scored.

The ref was in a bad position & must be accountable for the resulting 'contact'.

IMHO this should be thrown out.

Everyone should also see the 'contact' in the Cas game, 'contact' which hasn't received a charge & looks worse.

But like you say Alan, Greg will probably cop a ban for his.
