If they do promote Toulouse who comes down? It wont be the Crusaders,Les Cats or Quins.
So either Salford,Wakey,Cas who all after this year deserve their place IF and when their grounds come along.

Then fast fwd 3 years along comes a Scot/Irish/Welsh team who comes out then?
