Three years? I used to watch Salford (with salford supporting friends) on a fridays in the 70s and 80s, then go and watch Leigh on a sundays with the very same friends.

Well, reintroduced in the past three years anyroad as they'd reverted to Sunday's prior to that.

i read in this mornings trade press that salford are having a one size fits all when it comes to ticket prices, 20 quid if you sit or stand, i wouldn't be paying 20 quid to stand, new stadium or not, surely there has to be a difference, even if its only a pound or 2

Weren't the season ticket prices the same for the North and West Stands at the LSV up until this season? You could look at it as being expensive to stand, or alternatively being a bargain that you get a seat for no extra charge.

I would bring some scented hankies for this game. I drive past there every morning and sometimes it stinks.

On the salford site it says theres a £1.20p booking fee for this game.
I can't help thinking they're going about things just as badly as our lot did.

A while ago it was being rumoured that it would cost you £6 to park at the ground. Does anyone have any info as to whether this is true or not. I won't be paying £6 to park my car

Would hope that they send tickets to Leigh to sell in advance, especially as presumably it's all-ticket? That said, I think Leigh only reopen on January 3rd but better than nowt.

There is a £1.20 handling charge for the game, making a £12 adult seating ticket £13.20. The car park space, which must be purchased in advance is £5 plus a 50p booking fee. They much be round the bend making booking fee charges and charging so much for car parking. A senior citizen's seat is £8.00 plus 80p booking fee and a child £4.00 with a 50 pence booking fee. Get on Linda's coaches, you know it makes sense. Salford deserve all they get - they will get some stick in the R.L.Media unless they start to show some common sense in regard to their car park and booking fee charges. It is dearer for the wigan friendly a couple of weeks later - what they are charging for the League games is anyones guess.

It'll be salford rl that suffer but like us its not the club that make these decisions i bet.

Been told by a fella I know in Salford's office that Leigh will be receiving an allocation of tickets so no worries about having to pay the booking fee etc.

Don't think there is anywhere else to park so I won't be going. They must be off their heads charging for parking. Can we have a Salford fans views on this

Street parking 5-10 minutes walk away shouldn't be a problem, I'd expect.
