Other teams have done their homework and were being found out. need to come up with a few new plays.
One of our best consistant players wont be playing Sunday I would imagine(Tommy Goulden) , will we have the duals?, so its deffo not going to be easy.

The Watcher knows, as anyone who has played sport at a serious level knows, that teams do have peaks & troughs in form throughout a season, The Watcher repeats again that he has faith in coach Millward to deliver a successful season. Lets hope that the people in charge at Leigh are not as lily livered & round shouldered as Snowy & that they do not start taking knee jerk reactions but that remain calm, cool & collected in their thoughts unlike Snowy & Scooter Nik.

We have become too predictable in attack, and weak on the flanks in defence. Championship sides have the skill levels to combat this. Obviously Hunslet didn't !

A top win against Keighley is needed, because if things stay as they are, I cannot see anything good happening from Julys fixtures !

Oh I dont know Snowy we have Widnes and that should be easy

Well we do have two players at the club who do have genuine pace and who are wingers. One gets a lot of flack cos he is not 6 foot tall but he rarely misses a tackle and has featured in the first team this season. The other is in the reserves and although his defence is not the best he does score tries from long distance.

Well do we go with the same or rely on a good pack and take a chance on pace outwide ?

Give Jamie Smith a go in the 1st team.....was superb last season untill he got injured - and as pace to burn.

Yep, playing reserve.....his name was in 1 of the rugby papers on Monday (reserve line up, think he was number5)

Don't need to, just need to pay £14 pound to watch them play with no enthusiasm, I don't mind us as a team getting beat by better rugby (we got beat in that department also) but what I do mind is us getting beat with players and the team being outfought, and the other team being more enthusiastic and wanting it more. This is a forum and people will give their opinions on what they see - numpty!

Incidentally, I would quite happily talk to any player to his face, and ask "What happened on Sunday...you all looked like you'd been on the pop". As Ste stated I paid my £14, I am entitled to an opinion. If this is not the case then I will not bother shelling out the £14 and play tiddlywinks instead....more fun than yesterday, although I did enjoy Dewsburys ingenuity at half back and the fact they looked interested in playing rugby

Lets put it another way then. Were we just unprofessional thinking that the 3 points deserved to be ours without kicking a ball ? If so, then that is just as bad !

Had a chat with a mate earlier who was in the players bar after the game. Atmosphere was as flat as a pancake and not one player had an alcoholic drink. They are just as annoyed with themselves as we are.

We all have bad days yesterday was very bad if you are a Leigh fan and even worse if you support a club who were relegated yesterday.

its just a pity most of our bad days seem to land on thursdays and sundays
