Thank you to everyone who has had a dabble so far. Now can we all work together and try and persuade an extra mate to have a go. Its still not too late to qualify for the table later in the season.

Overall league table should make interesting reading! Most of the matchday rabble in the Goose seem to have a go, not sure about other pubs etc.

Out of interest Derek, what's the craic with there being no coupon this weekend as I'd have thought people would still happily fill one in for the weekend's games and you could even include the Friday night games? Obviously too late for this week but one to bear in mind for future TV games?

I understand what you are saying, but what about the people who only have access to it on a Sunday. Surely we deserve the odd Sunday off to have our Sunday dinner (which my wife has already bemoaned). I worked hard to get everything done including the website updated (bar the table) by about 10.45 last night. I actually start work on the forecast on the morning of a Sunday game printing off the online entries.

It was good hearing it being talked about alot on the terrace yesterday, just wish more would do it. We can't be everywhere and we are very grateful of the help of all the collectors on board at the moment along with all the individuals who push it with their mates.

There will be a coupon or two that spreads out past the Sunday, there will be a coupon for next week, for which the deadline will be Saturday, although I could leave Leigh off and make it Sunday as normal. I will make that decision later in the week. I will also probably be doing one for the Sheffield rearranged Sunday game but again I will have to look at the fixtures from the following week to see if I have enough games for 2 coupons.

This doesn't run itself I'm afraid, but I want to do the job right and upset as few as possible, as I said the helpers we have at the moment are doing an excellent job, our new Collection point at Ginas in Pennington yielded 17 in the first week. Contrast this with when I asked for a volunteer to cover the Park Inn (all it would take is 30 minutes on a Sunday) and got no response whatsoever. Fortunately I have only had one person come out and give a reason for not doing it which was something to do with their dislike of the LISA organisation (I don't need that).

Didn't take it as a criticism Matt, I was just trying to point out that while I have it running quite smoothly on a Sunday I took the opportunity of taking a week off. I have also been working away for the early part of this competition, and therefore I have been running around more than I wanted to be. I am also away till Thursday this week, and am hoping I can get away from Maidenhead by 2pm so I might get back for the game on Thursday.

I also fear when we do not have games I will have entries of under 100 which I didn't really want. The first away game v Worky we only got 95 entries.

Just had a quick look at my scores over last few weeks, and must say im pretty consistent. i've not been too far off top score each week, and when i came top i was pretty clear. Surely i've a decent chance of bein top of the table!

I have added the first table of the season, which doesn't look as presentable as I 'd like but it will do for now. I will possibly update the Poker League table later on this evening from my Hotel on the Thames near Windsor

Not really, best 12 (probably) will count, so you will be able to drop your bad scores from 13 onwards
