Nicky Stanton was much maligned in my view. He was fast' rarely missed a tackle' and' when did he ever get a pass ? Oh hang on I was at York to watch us in the NRC and surprisingly with the fullback to beat his centre passed to his ankles. We have re-signed him and I do not mean the quick one or the fullback.

Nicky was all heart, not big enough or quick enough to compensate for his size. Blackpool is the right move for him
