I've no problems with people being disgruntled on a internet board as after such a poor run of performances I'm sure even the players would be surprised if that wasn't the case.
I DO have a problem with people giving it verbal / booing during the game, won't achieve anything - again though no problems after the 80mins are over as people work damn hard to earn money and have a choice to watch Leigh.
Players sulking or not trying there best are a disgrace.

However as Alex has said this is the positive thread (and it really sums up how positive everyone feels

) , so here goes.....positives....

- Petrol was still at 99.9 so the cost of fuel had stayed put since our last home game
-It didn't rain.
-Wife won a nice Leigh Centurions pin badge on the tombola pre match.
-It was a meaningful match.
-On 70mins people realised they was at a match not a wake and backed the team vocally instead of me looking like the odd one out in the North Stand.
-We won.
- The drive home was in sunshine.

The booing when the MoTM was announced was disgracefull it is picked by someone who has paid a lot of money for the privilege, if people wish to disagree and have thier say on whom it should be then Im sure Annette can accomodate them at a forthcoming match if they wish to pay.

Dont announce it then, do it after the game in the sponsors lounge.

If my company was paying for it I would welcome it being announced wouldn't you? after all thats why they Sponsor it, or would you rather them not have the deserved publicity for sponsorship?

Negative publicity for the company though, if everyone disagrees with their choice of MotM so much that they boo?

I would then accept the crowds reaction to the announcement, or would you rather not have payiong speccies

I boo'd the man of the match because it was a poor option, McConnell was poor. I also pay alot of my money to watch the club so if I disagree with the man the of match I will boo and show my feelings towards the announcment as I do when I clap when I agree with the man of the match.

Man of the match is all a matter off opinion, in my opinion of course.

I must confess that I was one who boo'd the MOM announcement - but I am not going to apologize for it. I was not booing the player as such but the person who actually picked him as MOM. How on earth the sponsor came to that conclusion is beyond me. Obviously people like to pick their favourites and they have paid for the privilege but it does make a mockery of the award - it becomes meaningless.

When they announced the MOM i just turned to my mates looked perplexed and stated it should have been Hilly which they they all agreed but did'nt see the need to boo whats all that about,i bet if you ask 10 people their choice you will probably get at least 3 different names so who would be right .
