Fear not, I will be in the North Stand for most games but when my little 'un comes we prefer to sit in the West rather than him having to stand up for 2 hours and I was advised by the Ticket Office that it was best to buy our season tickets for the West Stand so that we had our seats reserved whenever we go in that stand.

......and you have to buy another ticket when you want to go in the North Stand - cracking piece of salesmanship!!!!

Gents thanks for all those updates, Wednesday is always a bad day for me to get there, but from all the comments made, I am feeling really positive about the season ahead, I think TB has to guided us well since the problems arose, however in respect of communication, we still need to improve it, as has been commented upon on here, but in fairness he needs to get the nuts & bolts sorted first (And I know we have plenty of nuts on here and at the club).

What would you like improving in the way of communication, scubes? (serious question)

Alan, its just little things, like the promotion of the tickets pre Christmas on the web site for the Halifax & Leigh games, they come up in the news feed in November, but when I came round to buying them in December I had to go through the feeds to find the relevant one, something like tickets prices for games, fixture dates, times even for friendlies should be something that’s easy to find on the site, also the special offer by buying both games at the same time got you a reduction off the price, should have been easy to find. I check the site pretty much everyday, if someone doesn't it could be easy to miss. I'm not criticising the club, and know the club has to have priorities, its just the little details.
Anything that can generate revenue by simply having the information available quickly for anyone browsing has to be the way to go.

I think the main problem re that is that the site is a RL template sign and can only be tailored in a small way, I know the club are looking at going back to our own full website but cost is an issue, hope this explains.

Yeah, this only *the* most popular Rugby League site in the world, with tens of thousands of users and millions of pages served every month. Keeping a site like this online (in a cost effective, free to the user kind of way) is easy-peasy. Bet you could do it in your sleep! You might want to offer your help to the admins...
