The way I see it as it stands, He and the likes of Hopkins, Pownell and Briscoe will more than likely form the neucleus of our first team squad next season anyway.

I heard something today that conflicted with what i've been told on here. I was told today that the wages are only covered until the end of the month and not season, not trying to cause any arguments but could someone please shed any info available if you have any? It would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully Robbie does come back soon (desperately hope so) & finishes his career like he started it with a big impact. I think highly of Nico but feel next season is where he'll really flurish & I agree with J.C had Nico played in a game like last night it would of been too intense for him at that level so early into his career. I'm keeping positive with RHP's return other wise I'll be even more depressed

I've also heard a more positive rumour from inside the club, which is far bigger than one player.

The hooking role is always shared out so RHP would probably play in total 40 mins max so may start playing & not be fully fit possibly, we just need Robbie fit for the final if we get there

Heard a rumour ticket sales are looking very good and over 5000 are expected on sunday - if youve not got yours get there early to avoid the rush - Dewsbury have taken no tickets so all away fans will be in the queue with the all the rest.

well robbie is back in training, given all clear by specialist, unsure of when he will be back, my guess a few weeks, as for govin well he has been brilliant, i did not want him at first, but he proved me wrong, unfortunately the injury jinx has hit again.

I'm pretty sure the Govin rumour is the one I heard at the start of the week about 'a Leigh player' - and I'm the other side of the country.
If it is, then yes it would be a waste of a career.

If not, then I suspect it's more likely to be a case of someone hearing he's out of the team for some time, and jumping to completely the wrong - and slanderous - conclusion, and then shouting their mouths off without anything to back it up.

Some people just want to think the worst.
