Toby Adamson would play before Thompson every time for me ! Mitch Clark would also play from the bench ! Both Clark and Thompson have their fair share of ‘ loose carry’s ‘ and they need to remove that from their game before the play offs when possession will be vital !
To be fair however, the entire team have squandered possession cheaply this season !

Kevin Brown is an excellent signing for this stage if the season. He's played in a World Cup Final against Australia which they only won 6 - 0. He knows all about high pressure games. His experience will be invaluable. Even if he doesn't play many minutes, his knowledge and experience can only be good for the team. Well done DB for bringing KB in. I'm going to stick my neck out and say that I wouldn't be surprised if we spoil the Toronto or Toulouse party.

Ur talking here about an England international who's played half for Wigan and Warrington also so I'm sorry it would not take him long to learn the plays and he was registered before deadline day, he said he's been raring to go for 3 to 4 weeks so he would have had a full weeks training to learn the plays,so unless someone's not being truthfully honest he should be playing straight away to get his match fitness up ready for the play offs were he could make a difference

For me,there is no reason to risk him tomorrow.
If ,just if he pulls up,his signing will be in vein.

If were worried about risking him what's the point in signing him,if he does pull up injured I'd rither it be now than in the playoffs

Remember when we brought in Mortimer and Langi? Look what happened then. Like I said,we just don't need to play him tomorrow.

He will definitely be playing next week, its always better to have someone of his class with you.
Don't forget Leigh are still part time so there was limited time to get him used to the plays plus for him to put his own spin on things, putting him in the team on Sunday could have been a disaster especially when close to their line.

I understand peoples concerns but John Duffy and his staff have done a fantastic job this year so we just need to trust his decisions, no matter what happens its been a great ride so far.

Why isn't a fully fit Danny Craven not playing ?

Widnes have 'rested' half a dozen, with Wembley in mind, next week. Craven went off with a head injury against Toulouse last week. He didn't return, implying that he failed the 'head test'. However, the game against us is technically longer than a week, after the toulouse one, when he sustained the injury.

Brown has signed for Salford for next year.
