I believe a charged down kick that sat up like a peach, and a 40 metre run to the line ....

Had to be out of the house this morning so couldn't listen to the radio coverage or keep up with scores. VERY happy with this result. The lads must have been up for it and I can't wait to se the DVD.

the Brass band was good

Hunslet kicked off. We did 5 drives gaining good ground.Ball went to Ridyard for the kick. He slipped on the wet pitch and the ball bounced off the back of a Leigh players leg and was immeadiately picked up by the Hunslet player who ultimately scored. Donlan was last line of defence and was facing the player with the ball and another player on the ball carriers right Donlan tried to take player and ball but went too high the Hunslet player shook him off and ran the 15 meters to the Leigh line.
