Its a load of crap not being allowed to use them, and its pretty obvious because most of the forum boards have club badges and pictures of the kind in them. work to your strength and use what you want mate. dont take the whole you cant use this and that cos tbh its a fans forum and it is for the Club fans.

I would suggest that RLFans are in the process of changing the limits for those images etc so if the other clubs mentioned were changing banner then they would need to revert to the new sizes.

No link, just I've worked with this sort of thing for probably the last 10 years.

The rules I mentioned are from the rlfans admin.

All the messageboards will have to follow the rules on their header graphic, and they aren't allowed new ones unless they meet the criteria.

I'll have a look through what we've got, and I might have a look through Wayne's photos which he has kindly given permission for us to use, and see if I can come up with something myself.

The admin will not allow any new banners unless they are 766x75.

so the old ones are gonna be scrapped? if so when?

also in the new days of broadband surely they should be going bigger not back to the dial up days and smaller!!!

They would be scrapped whenever they change to a new banner. Quite a common thing that old ones will be retained as they are in the system already, but any change would have be within the new settings.

Admin will make few changes over the winter period as plans are advanced for changing to a new server and other advances to the sites and all their time and effort is on that at the moment, it has to be remembered that these sites are run by people who do have other commitments in their lives.
