Next week I shall go off current form and ignore poor Charlie's RL reasoning as usual.

Up until now I have been unable to mention anything re any prizes for the overall winner. I was about to approach the club then AT stepped down so felt it was unfair to approach asking for the usual prizes of Season Tickets, shirts, and meals.

However following the play on Sunday I had a sit down with Trevor and I will be having a further meeting with him in the next few weeks. Please bear with me as i try to sort out something more than a trophy.

Derek , i havent been given any forecast sheets for this week ,as Lyndas , printer was down , i need around 20-30 sheets for my own entries ,and for the Goose on Saturday , is there anywhere i can get these from?

If you cannot get any Ian our Nicola said she could print the coupon on this site off for you and i could give them to you in the Goose, let me know mate.

Alas last weeks lucky winner was me and my pesky Cockatiel Rio Birdinand with our team named Caged Bird Bandits .

It's only the third time I've had a go as now a son of one our boozing bunch drops some coupons off for us at The Red Lion and picks them up for us and delivers them to I know not where .

We started playing very late this season but with our access to the coupons from the start next year we will be making an assault up the league table .

I'm sending you a pm Lynda as I don't know how to collect the winnings .

One other piece of information, there is no coupon next week as its CC Final weekend. The next coupon will be available from Monday 29th August and this will be the last or last but one, depending on how many 1st round playoff fixtures I have available to me for the following week.....watch this space.

Quite a few of the regulars seem to have dropped off, is it like this every season if they can't win they pack in?

Have the sheets not been collected from ginas shop this week? I handed 3 sheets in there on thurs. plus dont see any shop regulars on the results.

Not that old chestnut Jacko, your sheet wasn't collected, your scrapping the barrel now mate.

This is quite common, in recent years the same thing happened. Plus with having no MM Bar it is more difficult, that plus Thursday games. If I go back 10 years when I first started this at Rylands I regularly had over 200 a week!!!! More recently when running it for Leigh I could get upto 160/180. There is no reason why that can't happen again, but I need more outlets and more collectors (amongst friends).

Now in reply to Team Jacko, your coupons should have been dropped at the Centurion on Sunday. I picked up about 40 from there but didn't check to see who's were in there due to the pub being packed. My daughter had marked them and done the results sheets today whilst I was at work, and I have just updated the website. I spoke to Gina before her night out on Saturday and she said she would get them to the Centurion. So they are either there still or are with a very embarrassed Gina. Now I would have expected a phone call on Sunday or today stating someone had several sheets but I have not had anything to say they have been left anywhere.

I will try to speak to Gina tomorrow to get to the bottom of this.
