Crowds have increased a bit most probably due to us being better as the season as gone on. Plus Fax/Fev/Widnes(less so

) boosted the gates.

Batley was a bank holiday. Fev would have been more on a sunday

Sundays 3pm for me. I prefer having Friday/ Saturday nights free and then Sunday is rugby day

Plenty to debate about all 3 kick off times, all three have plus points most have some negatives. Need to have a think on this one!

Friday nights must surely be a bad idea when some, if not most, of the players will have been working during the day?

Saturdays or sundays are both fine with me. I'd prefer sundays but it seems that we rarely play 2 consecutive home games on the same day/time.

Just wanted to add that its not just about turning up to watch just the game on the same or different day and time - IMO the scope of possibilities of having a Saturday Evening KO in summer are a lot more than Sunday or Friday. Creating a great match day experience could be so much more than just the 40+40 mins, and the 15mins of catch the ball in the middle. Build up to the game for incentive of early arrivals (bouncy castles, mini fair, beer tent etc), and something down the lines of what we experienced in Toulouse in 2009 for after the game entertainment.
For me Sundays are all about turning up just for the game, which is fair enough for the ones that do go for this (ie us lot) but new fans and especially families would maybe tempted to go with a bit extra entertainment going on too.

Agree with all of your post - plus I would get into the town centre during the day with the 'BIG TRUCK' and persuade folk to get to TONIGHTS LIVE ACTION AT THE LSV! Give the kids some freebies and get folk wanting to be there (or else have fun staying in watching Dancing On Ice or whatever s4!te is on TV).
Saturday 6.30pm is my preference.

If it's not on a Sunday afternoon, then I can't ever see myself managing to get to a home game ever again. Way too many calls on my time of a weekend as it is, without me having to make a 250 mile round trip as well. That's a hugely selfish viewpoint, but thats how it sits for me.

Remember what sundays feel like with on rugby boringgggggggg.

I haven't read the whole thread, so apologies if this had been covered.

What the needs to ask of the existing fan base is 'when wouldn't\couldn't you go to a match' and then they need to ask the interested populous 'what kick-off time would encourage you to come to games'.

Only if 3x more of the interested potential fans prefer a specific alternative kick-off than those who can't or won't turn up for that kick off time should the club consider changing it.

That wasn't easy to type - hope I got the point across.

I think most people who want to go will go whenever it is unless they can't make it due to work commitments. Be interesting to see the outcome and like Mike said unless there's a big enough demand then leave it alone. I would say I hope this will be publicised in the local press and at matches because there are a lot of people who don't post on here or use the internet too.
