We must rebrand as a 'community club' with a big push to fill the stands and create a spirit and comraderie long missing.
Reward existing ST, target families, engage all local sporting clubs and encourage new ST holders

I wouldn't be surprised if we have more season ticket holders than we had this season.
I'm far more interested in getting one than I was last season just because of the players we already have in place, who the coach is and the fact that I could see the effort and endeavour in the last few games.
All that was missing in spades before the beginning of the past season and despite getting relegated we're already in better shape than we were at this time last year.

Maybe now after such a disappointing campaign but come February 2010 with Ian Milward already settled into the hot seat, a few quality additions to the playing register, a competitive S/T pricing structure, some good off season PR and a big brand awareness incentive around town....They will all be raring to go once more |

Maybe it will return next year Although I may have to look at different ways of doing it, with no Mick Martyn Bar and supporters now spread between Easts/Ellesmere and Park Inn it makes pre game distribution and collection difficult.
I will need more collectors than before who can commit to the season and people available to step in should the collectors be unavailable. I am sure Keith at Leigh East would have no objection to his club being used as a distribution and collection point, but not sure about the others. If anyone has any ideas as how I should approach it next year I would be grateful for the ideas and obviously hundreds of offers of help. 200+ entries a week would mean a weekly prize of £100 and should also raise upwards of £1200-£1500 to the LISA/Club coffers.
If anyone has any ideas or would like to help in other ways I have cleared out my inbox of Private Messages so you can let me know that way. We have 3/4 months to work out a plan of action.
