One thing I really want to know is what the hell happened at 18 - 22 with 2 minutes left. From the radio it seemed to say Worrincy gave away a penalty (for a ball steal?) on the LAST TACKLE!! Why on earth would he do that when Sheffield were on such a roll. Dave didn't seem convinced with the refs decision and it would be ludicrous if he has done that. Will await the views of those who were at the game

Unless you had binoculars today you won't have been able to see what happened but it looked like yere threw the ball away. The ref was closer than me though. We were tripe today and even though we were 18 - 0 up we weren't that good. Out of order the post about PR.

Why not have a pop at Rowley. He wasn't good enough, in his previous stint as coach. He got us relegated. Clearly 2 seasons as Millward's water boy haven't improved matters.

Wow. That didn't take long did it? The first defeat and the anti-Rowley brigade have got the knives out.

For what it's worth I have not been a fan of Rowley's since our ill fated Super League season and heard of some of the stories that came out of the dressing room. However, I'm prepared to give the guy a chance. I won't be calling for his head on the back of one defeat. The signs have been very encouraging in pre-season.

Let`s hope PR turns things around next week after a minor blip today...........Otherwise the usual suspects will be spending too much of their time on here.

The saddoes have been on edge waiting for a blip and unfortunately it has come early. Some of the usual suspects can't even spell patience and loyalty never mind know what they mean.

Totally agree with you, some seem to take great delight in failure. I hope PR proves to be an excellent coach.

Well said Reffy.Paul deserves a chance he is Leigh through and through and will be devastated and i hope the players are as well. No doubt their will be some who have been waiting for this then they can say Im not going watching Leigh again. But I will be there again next week watching the team i have supported for over 30 years .

Agree it's ridiculous to talk of changing coach buuuuttt...

I can't help thinking that last time he was in charge we threw many a game in dreadful second halves. Maybe some statistician could prove me wrong by an analysis of the HT FT scores under PR's stewardship.

He did'nt throw the ball away, miss tackles did he. Sorry not Pauls fault today. We will bounce back our players will learn from this and come back stronger and work to put it right for next week.
