I doubt Fev will beat Toronto as it’s away and they will doubtless be without their DR players but I may be wrong. We need a win next week, but 3 out of 4 should do us, I still see Leigh getting in as well due to who they have to play.
Interesting and exciting, if I had a TV deal I’d be making the most of this season but............

The problem Leigh have is that Toronto will having nothing to play for and could well rest a whole host of players. The other problem is if a Fev win could keep Leigh out well you wouldnt put it past them.

With all due respect to every poster I've read, I don't see Toronto wanting to lose an unbeaten home record to anyone just yet.

They may well rest a few. Fev may very well need 2 points to secure Top 4. Toronto (Rowley) want to stitch up Leigh?

This is the equivalent talk of when England played Belgium, as finishing second made for an easier route to the WC final.

As a Leigh fan, as much of a lack of respect I have for Rowley and some of their players as to the way they left the club, I doubt very much, from a simple competitive ego point of view that they'll want to lose to club, at home, lower than Super League.

I mean, what message does that send out to the bottom of Super League - that they are beatable at home by part-time teams?

Toulouse are in fine form, there’s no way they won’t make the middle 8’s.

Well they lost to a very under strengthed 6th place team at home so don't count your chickens on that

We want Toronto and Toulouse to win all their games, it is the best scenario for us taking one of the other two places.

I think the Toronto v Fev will end up a dead rubber. I don't see Fax or the Broncos winning 3/4. Which will leave both short of fourth spot.

Fax seem to be playing very well at the moment, no real sign of them letting up - fancy them to beat fev to be honest

Next few weeks are fascinating though - and no one can call which way it will go for any of the top 6 teams other than Toronto

We all need to put a big effort in as fans too, starting by taking big numbers & even bigger noise to Mt Unpleasant !

Let's hope they get enough pie and peas this time.

Im not sitting on the fence, I'm going for 4 Leigh wins , 32 points, and Fax losing to Fev narrowly, and getting beat by Toulouse, they could even get beat by London.

In most sport leagues the final fixtures kick off at the same time. Because of the anomaly called Toronto, Fev will finish their final fixture the day before their rivals play.

Whatever the result, it will give the other teams a better idea of what is required from them.

The game should be played over here at 3pm Sunday.

They should redirect the flight to Sydney and send Toronto there. That way the playing field does become level.

Hey, we need to win two of those games and we're in the top 4. Win all our remaining games and we're 2nd. Tough games, but this is what it's all about. Our biggest mistake was not taking at least a point from you at the LSV. Some great games to come in the next few weeks!

Just done a bot of analysis and I have it that Leigh, Toulouse and Toronto will win all 4 of their remaining games, Fev 2, Fax 2 and London 2.

Based on this, the points difference for Fev, Fax and London stay pretty stagnant with Fev being wiped out at Toronto with a 30 point loss.

I'd rather Leigh finish 4th, but i feel it will be 3rd for us.

1 - Toronto 43 points +588 PD
2 - Toulouse 36 points + 457 PD
3 - Leigh 32 points + 407 PD
4 - Fev 32 points + 336 PD
5 - Fax 31 points + 232 PD
6 - London 30 points + 419 PD

It will be interesting to see how this pans out. Failure to get 4 comfortable wins means 4th place but i have us down to win the next 4 games by +24 +40 +50 +50, and that is pretty conservative to be honest.

You are predicting some very big wins for Leigh. How many games have you won by a 50+ margin?

The scenario you have described, with Toronto and Toulouse winning all their remaining games is the only way you will make the top 4.

How ironic that some have been desperate for those two sides to lose all year, and are now desperate for them to win all 8 of their remaining fixtures. The three most important games of Leigh’s season are.

This run in will upset at least 2 Clubs fans,and tears are deffo on the Menu,I'm not bothered where Leigh finish as long as it's in the top 4.I don't think we will lose another game, but also don't think we will run cricket scores up against Rochdale, Swinton, and Sheff,a narrow win at Batley will do me as well, when did we win at Batley with ease ?I can't remember.

As for the remaining fixtures, ours seem to be the best for points.

Agreed Charlie, you should win all your remaining games And it will be interesting to see how all the others go, we’ve got tough games coming up and I only hope we can win 3 of them, that will do us. It’s a tough ask but the lads have been playing well for large chunks of games, need to Mke these last 4 into 80minute performances.

Agree with you there Norman, spoken with words from the head, not from the heart,I would love Leigh , Fev , and Fax to be in the top 4 ,but it doesn't always work out that way .
