It's easy to criticise when things mean so much and things hinge on small margins of error. Glad to see Hopkins back as we need his energy in attack. Stewart is a difficult one as defensively he is good but has been disappointing in attack. Be good to see Clare but without match fitness could be a risk perhaps that is why we have not seen him.

Stewart is only playing the way he is being told to play. That isnt his fault.

Defensively, he is excellent.

He needs to stop playing as another halfback and run hard on the Fringes like he did for Manly and Catalans.

Hopkins is excellent going forward and difficult to stop. Just needs to ensure that he keeps hold of the ball as he is prone to 'dropsies'.

Yes be good to see him running wider like Reni did but they seem to use Vea in that position. Whoever plays we need to be more expansive in.attack get teams on the back foot as we did last year. An option to add more creativity would be Mortmer to 9 and Reynolds at 6.... Thoughts?

I could understand the idea of a ball playing 13 at the start of last season when we Chase and Brierley at half back, and tried Paterson at 13. Problem is, it didn't work and Paterson hit his best form when moved to second row outside of Ridyard on the right.

Cannot for the life of me understand why the coach is persisting with Stewart in that role. With Hock, Acton and Weston missing we can't really carry a half back in the middles.

Would feel like a selection based on whose omission would cause least noise rather than best players in each position.

Not a question of crucifying anyone. Each game is so crucial now and there is no time for sentiment or giving second chances. I am entitled to my opinion and not looking to blame people, Higson has his strengths but too many times he has been caught out of position defending and this has led to tries by opposing wingers.

Stewart was brought into to make a major impact which he did while playing in the NRL. I accept his defence is strong, but there are lots of forwards who can tackle. I think I am entitled to have expected more from him expansively.

Mark as with everyone you are fully entitled to your opinion, ,if Stewart is playing to orders it's time it changed because these tactics are NOT working,a loss tomorrow and we are in the Brown stuff,with time running out.

At this stage all that matters is super league survival in everyone's interests as players contracts on the line. No one should take issue if not selected all squad and fans need to stand together form coming weeks. Not finishing bottom in our first season is decent have start, we have gained slot of experience to build on next year.

Agree with 6 and 7 as they've desperately missed a stand-off. Surely Pelissier will be hooker alongside Higham as it's his old stomping ground.
