im in the North Stand , near Sharpys ,i have NEVER worn a Wigan shirt in my life , i must admit , i do like the Wigan people , and i have been invited to Wembley for their game against City , on Saturday i will be at St Judes for a Sportsmans Dinner , and do seem to spend a lot of time in Wigan .

I hated the Norweb and JJB shirts , i must again admit i like the current away shirt , though i always wear Leigh shirts .

went ticket office at 4.40 to get 2 tickets and asked how many had been sold so far...........reply was - us 650....wigan 3500

I reckon for every 1000 at the game we will get £3k.

Just saying what the guy said at the ticket office...........said thats roughly what the club had worked out.

I believe that is what you were told but I don't think the person/s who told you took the other costs into account.

Well you have to take into account the number of season ticket holders at Wigan and the fact that we sell a lot of concession tickets as do they and then of course the number of under 16's and students.

I would prefer you to be right of course but I like to be realistic.

When Blackpool Panthers played at Leeds in the cup they cleared fifteen thousand pounds from the game. I recollect the crowd was officially around 6,500

We've sold around 700 tickets for the game, just been for ours and asked. Hopefully there are a 1000+ waiting in the wings that haven't been able to make it to the ticket office.

There's 4 of us that will be paying on the night, and we're going by car. I suspect a lot of people didn't feel they needed to take the coach to Wigan.

As I said earlier I don't know anyone who is going who have bought tickets1500+ we hit Humbletown about 5

Those of us who will be there are more concerned about what we see from our players' particularly after our game at Fax.

They are likely to be beaten and we all know that.

What matters is that they all give their best and I am sure if they do we will all be there at the final whistle to show the lads that we are proud of them.

Last minute decision, me and PaulHHZ and the 2 better halfs will be crawling out of the woodwork for this one.

Only my 2nd game in about 18 months, lets see if this gets the interset back!
