Born and bred in bedford red City that shows my age. Lived in Cumbria for the last 9 years in between Whitehaven and Workington get to as many games as i can always be a Leyther for ever.

born and bred butts bridger,last five years of living in leigh was near subbie club,now live in tauranga new zealand and been here for just over six years.

'Billinge, Lancashire' according to my birth certificate. No mention of Wigan and I'm far too young to have been born at Firs!

(There again, in a few years time people will be saying the same about those born in Billinge!)

Born in urmston, raised in atherton and lived in Leigh for the last 15 years.

Lived on Isle of Sheppey, Kent for nearly 40 years, so don't get to too many games but always a Leyther!

Used to live on the lsland of Gozo and did actually fly back to watch some matches. Now back in Leigh and watch all home games and some away

Born in Preston,lived in Jersey last 20 years...coming over for my first game on friday!

Born a Kaewyed, brought up on 'Ag Fowd, emgrated to Westleyth for 21 years, now living in Welshpool. Don't get to many games, but hoping to rectify that, as I don't work Sundays any more ....

Born on Abbey St, moved around from Wrexham to Clitheroe to Accrington and Oswaldtwistle, now residing in Shorpe.
Not making so many game these days - partially as a result of the distance, and partially because of work commitments.

Born at Firs Lane Maternity Home, lived just off Wigan Rd., near to Marsh Playing Fields and then went up market when we moved to Higher Fowd. Now live in Saddleworth and travel by train and buzz to watch Leigh, that's why Friday night games are rubbish for myself, but the needs of the club are more important. Any home game takes me about 9 hours there and back, but last week against Fax was worth everyone of them :O)

Quite well thank you Charlie. Sad news is that even the cafe known as "Jimmy Clitheroes" on the Market has now changed its name to the "Bluebe"2. Don't ask! But then again, there can't be many who even know who we are talking about these days. Trust you are also well.

Sorry ! Bluebe2 should read "Blueberry". Put it down to age and alchohol!
By the way, born in Manchester St. Mary's, lived in Bongs, Leyth and Bent before moving around a bit. Scooter Nik outmoved me since we've lived in Clitheroe (1984)

Born in the front room of 3 Regina Cres but now residing in Bramhall.

Born in Firs, brought up on Laxey Crescent, moved to Lanzarote for 8 years, came back to Leigh, then moved to Burnley, then back to Leigh, then Newport South Wales, then back home to Leigh about 10 years ago and will never live anywhere else.

Born in the family home on firs lane near the laundrette.Bought my house about a hundred meters away, apposite the petrol station,then bought a property down Barker st about 50 meters from the family home

Born at Firs, lived on Mill Lane off Chapel Street for the first few weeks of my life, then on Holden Road until 1977 when I went to Uni. Lodged a bit at home when I got my first job in Preston, moved there in 1982, then to London and Brummagem. Been here since 1990, so longer than I lived in Leigh, I'm afraid. Wife and kids all born here but well aware of the important things in life.

Born in Birkenhead, early years in Thatto Heath then moved to Lowton and initially watched saints as my old man was a saints fan but then started to watch Leigh as i could get there on the bus on my own and been a fan ever since. Lived in York for last 21 years and sadly work and kids mean I get to see very few games back home these days. Still a fan of the greatest game and occasionally pop down to watch York Knights but may pop over for the game on Friday!
