With utility companys it tends to be a flat rate of £20 for elec or gas and £40 for both however some are more some are less but would say this was the average.

No problem, some great deals for hotels and we need to inform folk of the Utilities - especially if they save money by switching as well. 1000 households could save money and raise £40k if this deal is good.
