From what I`ve watched on SKY this year, the Pies have played some very good RL.....Isn`t that what it`s all about ,watching good RL.

Well it was when I was young!

Well I`m a born n Bred Leyther and have never heard the saying...........

Think it was a 'Silvercross' only ever used in the posh part of town - use to throw all my toy's out of it - still do at times

A few years ago I took part in a pub quiz in Manchester and that was one of the questions. I was the only Leyther there. Well I got that one right and was the only one. We still lost tho rest of the questions were pop music TV and footie.

As for Tan-sad’s not to sure how good they were as prams but they made great go-carts.

Frank B came from the same part of Leigh as i did, wasnt what i call Posh, but the people were great,i can still picture Franks dad Sam stood on the doorstep in Boughey St ,HAPPY DAYS.

This is one Leyther that would never shout for the pies, as much as I hate |Leeds, I still would have them (just) over Wigan.

I just dont know why Saints couldnt have picked LEEDs though!!!

Leeds beat the pies earning the right to a home game, if Saints could pick them then they'd lose that right.
