I don't want to put the mockers on your plans lads but don't forget there will be 1000's of other people all trying to get on ferries and Eurostar. I'd hate for you to get there and not be able to get on.

Not looking good for the travelling Leythers. For those that are thinking of getting there by car/train/ferry (hope you have seen the film Planes, Trains, Automobiles) good luck, but you are totally crazy though.

Well my own plans are now in tatters, I've been looking all over considering trying to fly from stansted,paddling by boat, i wouldn't feel confident of driving on the continent. Been checking for over an hour since i got the text and email telling me flight cancelled.

Team coach left at 7pm.

on the rugby league hour, radio manc, they interveiwed IM as the team had just left LSV and he said theyd been offered the chance to postpone game and play it when the next round is, but that would mean 3 games in a week if they did that and the team decided they wanted to go and get the game played now.

Probably full in the knowledge that they will be stranded in the south of France for a week after the game

There's always a way to avoid transport problems to games caused by volcano ash, train strikes, ferry strikes etc etc. Think about it and when you have worked it out (in about 3 seconds) you can just say......simples
