During Ian Millward's reign at W***n their programme had a section called 'It's Hot In The Kitchen', in which the chef from the restaurant at W***n provided a recipe each week.

Perhaps, the LSV caterers can do do the same, but then again on second thoughts.

Didn't last long that column. Started with Meat and Potato. Followed by Steak and Kidney Cheese and Onion etc etc then they moved on to sweet pies. They all knew the recipes anyways and then I understand death threats from those who thought their pastry recipe was best. There are still family feuds to this day.
