Alstead has always been a favourite of mine, good in attack and defence, has pace and can play pretty much anywhere accross the 3/4 line. Gives the chance for J.Smith to take a break, played a lot of 1st team rugby.

Aaron Smith gives a lot more to the team than most people realise, can see him and Marsh vying for the LF spot over the season.

One of the best parts of this squad is that even though there are no worlbeaters there is a lot of competition for most positions, which keeps everyone on there toes
