Well he's only just signed, haven't we already got a squad of 25? If so then he won't get a squad number as such.

Bloody hell Fred, you're touchy tonight! It was a genuine question; as a contracted player, don't league rules dictate that he be allocated a permanent squad number, name and all?

And Neil Kelly must have been telling me lies after the match.

Great news that they've signed - on the squad number subject, I think it'd be a bit of a money spinner (ok, probably for O'Neills rather than the club!) once Durbin is allocated a permanent squad number as he's definitely the kind of exciting player that gets kids interested in the game.

As far as I understand it, the club had to nominate players names forward for squad lists about 6 weeks ago.
I remember reading somewhere that once a new player plays 5 games who wasn't allocated a number, then he gets one... if that makes sense.

You struggle a bit dont you.
Today was always going to be the lowest gate of the year, London Skolars FFS and £14 a ticket.
LRL needed our money so we bought season tickets, will be attending most games but leisure time is precious and the fixture had no appeal. Looking ahead there are no dead rubbers left this season at home, CC possibly excluded.
Wigan game was an event, but I actually thought more Leigh fans went to the Salford game, ok Xmas and gagging for a game did help.
