Not that anyone has any reason to.. but if you look at our boards you will see that our once glorious commander in chief and now gateshead main arm folder Steve McCormack thought that it would be ace if we trained together for 2 days a week.

This is being sorted out now and the results will hopefully be seen in the upcoming weeks.
We also have a weird balance in terms of the playing staff at the club which is also being addressed with players now being loaned out en masse to allow further players to be drafted in to fill the gaps.

It will all come right.. just a shame we don't have another chance to play you guys!

I actually like Leigh fans to be honest.. you're an alright bunch.. Like I said there is quite a bit of apathy around some of the fans me included, which means that last night's defeat didn't really hurt like it used to, otherwise I wouldn't have been seen for days on here.

I like the Leigh crowd and in dairness, the way their loyal fans have put up with the past few years is a bit of inspiration really. I like this board too - good banter.

that just sums me up as well,no one was more passionate than myself about my team leigh,lose and i wud feel sick,couldnt eat and wud go over and over the match in my head to see were we went wrong.but now although i still want us to win i take losing with a pinch of salt and the reason is,the people who run our game have taken away the dream,never will we play in super league,and never will we play at wembley in the challenge cup final.we are and will be for evermore a feeder club for the elite

Not quite. TOC and Barrie had good games but the rest of our pack had to work hard cos Webster kicked us to death and Watson's kicking was awful. Moran spent so much time defending he was knackered. We came back well in the second half but HKR were just too good for us.
