Just yesterday I was in the Park Inn hotel visiting an American lady friend of mine and we were talking about LSV - she said they should do an American theme for match days - line dancers, broncos, BBQ etc - I just laughed and said it takes them all their time to get a Leigh theme 'ne'er mind owt else'!

Brilliant stuff - I can't wait.

And she understood 'ne'er mind owt else'????

well i have to take my hat off to them, at least they are trying something a little different and fingers crossed it may just get a few more into the ground, because lest face it that's what we need a s a club, more people in the ground watching the lads, and if this is one of the ways to get them in, well done.

The whole lobby area was flooded as more and more water came pouring down - I did have my camera but I thought they might throw me out if I tried to take a pic!

Agreed, you can put on all the fancy dress promotions that you want, but at the moment we need to give better value for money, and this isn't it.

i just think we need the atmosphere inside the ground while the game is on and a reduced price would bring more to the game than things going on outside, we need to intimidate sheff with a white hot atmosphere

if you want a drop in prices i think you need to talk to the lsv management

The extras attracted by cheap prices would be the type to sit back and wait for summat to happen IMHO - it's up to those of us that are left to get behind the lads against Sheff and make it intimidating.

I wrote some of it, but not all.

I dare say us lot in the north stand will do our bit Matt, lets hope the rest do we really do need to get behind the lads for all our remaining games.

i notice wigan have an offer on for their game against leeds £10 adult/£5 kids for a game they prob dont need to as they will prob get 15,000+ anyway
