With all due respect Fred, I thought the same, but we have 5 or 6 reserves who around first team squad who can make the step uP and I don't want their path blocked by Players who view us as a feeder club.

and if they are good enough (in the head coaches eyes) he will give them that chance dual regs or not but to have players with the 'pedigree' 'work ethics' and talent of Blythe, McCarthy, Mitchell, etc.. at hand is an awsome tool to have, and after all he is a big big fan of the dual system so who am I to argue (he wins most of them anway - but only cause I let him to make him feel good

As a Warrington fan, I was coming on to ask how he went for you guys today. Did well, but no great loss to Leigh if he goes sees to be the general feel. Is that correct?

Last year Tyrone was without doubt the least effective of our Dual reg players , he seemed disinterested at times and you got the feeling he didn't want to be here and also not sure what his best position was

However this season , he has been much better , it might be a case of him thinking that because he was still on dr with us , if he doesn't get his finger out he might end up permenantly here , so much better this year , he should go well at Wakey

Well with that comment it makes me think you'd be happy with leigh being a feeder club!!!!!!!!!!!!

After watching the game again on Blip i thought Ty McCarthy was outstanding and brought another dimension
to Leighs play with his angled runs and aggressive play boy i wish we had him for the season hes improved
100% + since last year............. I can see what Smith n Millward see in him now hes defo one for the future
gonna be a great player in SL in the years to come..

Always I can't speak for anyone else, but it was true unfortunately.

After his performances in the games he's played this season that is entirely incorrect.

Thought McCarthy was one of the best players in one of the best team displays for a long time. Think he played the full 80 and looked as strong in the last minute as he did at kick off.

Sorry to see him go but hope he takes his chance at Wakefield

For me Ty McCarthy had a blinder today , i had him MoM ,just my oppinion, but he has had 2 good games now keep it up Ty

I was suprised by most of your reactions last year as from what i'd seen previous I honestly thought he was the best of the 3 you were getting from us and Emmit just looked a bit chubby for me. One thing that counts against him however is that he went full time a lot later than many of the others due to concentrating on his education first and foremost.

Tyrone is one of the best prospects at Warrington, but finding it hard to get in with the strength of squad in front.
I'm surprised at some of the comments on his performance last year considering he was carrying a shoulder injury for most of the season, and had surgery at the end of yours and our season, which meantals he missed out on international duty for Ireland.
Hope he goes wel for Wakefield, but cant see him wanting to settle there particularly if they dont get a licence.

Watched Leigh this wekend with my widnes mates, fantastic effort, and I really enjoyed taking the out of them at the end..thanks for a great day.
