If you were like me and traveled a lot you would have a travel insurance that was over 12 months and not just your 2 weeks in Torri. If you did have this you would have been covered and could claim back your coach fare and ticket money had you bought it prior to the game. Oh and it is not much more to insure your travel for 12 months than the amount you pay the travel opperators for two weeks. I think I pay about £70 for the famlly.

Would the excess not be greater than £7?

Anyway, for that kind of money, and the circumstances that occured, I wouldn't embarrass myself in asking for a refund.

It make you wonder why we bother eh, without LISA there wouldnt be any coaches for supporter s to go on, he was also going on about price of the coach being only a pound cheaper than the Barrow one, I told him we lost money on that one, as the price we was quoted ,no one would have paid it, so we,d have had no supporters there, and we d made money on the last two, so I offset that against the Barrow one.

Lynda just ignore them you do a brilliant job and even though i don't use the coach a lot i always know it is there if we don't go in the car, and i think i can say on behalf of most fans a BIG thank you.

We try our best to provide a service for all fans to enjoy and benefit from, we charge the best rates we can and do not rip off fans, however some ans will always find something to moan about.

LISA do a fantastic job for the club with the coaches, how they manage to get them so reasonable is beyond me. If you wanna see value, to get to Batley away it was about u quid. For Batley to come to Leigh on the Thursday it was 14 quid! So anyone who's moaning tell them f*** off and not bother coming watching Leigh again. It'll be all the cheapskates who only went to Bradford because it was cheap, unlike most of us who travel home and away almost every week. If anyone says anything Linda tell them to message me on here and I'll tell them where to go.

Two things you can do Lynda
1. Put an excess of £2 on every game to cover for this ever happening again

Sorry I would not offer any refunds unless the coach company offer to refund a percentage of any unused fuel / driving time.

I know it's frustrating to miss the match and we can all sympathise there but supporters did 'use' the coach, it did turn up in sufficient time to arrive in Featherstone and what happened were circumstances completely outside of LISA's or TRAFALGAR's control. That's the risk you take when you travel.

If anyone does not like that, then I would say that's fine. Just don't use the service anymore. Find alternative arrangements.

The rest of us who all appreciate Lynda's efforts will book on as usual, accept that there is a risk there could always be a similar incident at any time, and continue to use the coach !!

Yep, how Lynda can budget for an exceptional incident like that I will never know. On the odd occasion that I can get to an away game we use the coaches and if there was, say a bad accident next time we went and had to miss the game, that's just the way it is. Rough with the smooth and all that.

You do a grand job Lynda and our renowned good travelling support owes a lot to you.
