If Leigh play open rugby it will be a comfy win , no matter what Stanky says ,i would love another game against Swinton in the next round just to upset Marshy 1.

If we win and Swinton do, I wouldn't mind drawing them either, maybe for different reasons though ha.

Ah, but we could get drawn away against them - I expect that would be a completely different game!!

It's normally on a Monday night at 7 PM mate, but I do remember there was one last year on the Sunday.

Why this information isn't available publically i'll never know.

Without promotion and relegation, the CC is the one competition left that allows lower clubs to get excited at the prospect of a big game with a big pay-day. Fans love it and a good cup run will bring in new fans to lower division clubs. No wonder then that the RL want to keep it quiet. Except for the Final of course, which will be 2 SL clubs. We've already had a leaflet through from the RL promoting that.

Great Rochdale support at the Racecourse the other week, very vocal, friendly lot. Lots of singing from them but strange it sounded like they were singing "Oh Leigh Oh Leigh Oh Leigh" at one point.

If all them could make the trip to WXM they should make it a great atmosphere at the LSV this Sunday too.

(but they did have plenty to sing about - they won't get such a whitewash against Leigh, hope it will be the other way round
