Seems like there is a top 7 this year and the rest battling against relegation almost defined already not sure if this always case in SL . Fells like a couple more teams are needed in there to make it a better comp. Assume that won’t happen unless finances improve or we change the financial model. Could we move to grading the finances so cut of budget based on finishing position last season poss a radical idea.

I don't envy your trip to Catalan (Apart from the Weekend in Lloret del mar) End of August Weather wise Usually around 29-35c = 80/90f compared with the 16c = 60f centigrade it was yesterday in Perpignan. We were marginally the better of two very bad teams in the first half, but just so to not dissapoint nornal service was resumed in the second half.

This is really as low as it gets, in 60 years of watching Leigh RLFC I can't remember ever seeing such a mishmash in the Cherry and White it really is painful to watch.

We were better in first 20 mins 2nd half and really should have won game in that period.
Any long term Leigh fan has seen worse than that with some losses in the non triers category.
Let see what happens with our best 17 on the paddock if they ever get fit together.
