Where does it say that we're playing of the Fri? I can't find it anywhere.

It's true Mish 8pm Friday - I've been told officially via the grapevine!

I hope so another weekend (a full week in fact) at Chatteau Mettalica and our Dave can do the commentary as his press deadline aint until 7pm Sunday - the late Sunday one would have scuppered that.

I'm not saying it's not true, I just like seeing the facts for myself.

Whilst no fan of Friday games I think this one might work in our favour.
Admittedly it will effect away support and some home support but we are not going to be head to head with the Premier League last day fixtures which would have hampered our home support with so many local Premier League clubs possibly having a lot to play for at either end of the division.

Would have been nice to have us on BBC so a big audience could have seen us play but the Friday night fixture is a popular RL slot for SKY and a regular in many pubs up and down the country.

Apparently if Hudds Town FC finish in their current league position they will be at home in the play offs on the Saturday. This means the Giants won't be allowed to play at the Galpharm on the Friday so can only play on the Sunday, therefore we will be playing Friday.

And the only day i am off work as well JENKY, and only on nights the day after, so get the ale in Roman Officer and Frank it's your rounds.

Can't make the Friday but I'm sure we''ll find a suitable watering hole in T'Egypt.

well as people know i hate friday night rl, but on this occasion, and for purely selfish reasons, i am ok, as it means i can now go and watch latics/wolves on the sunday, was having to miss that game due to us playing keighley on the sunday. lets hope we get a decent crowd, say 4500+ would be respectable imo.

ps ian he wont get ale in first as i am with him, and i am sure he'll come up with a brilliantly plan to ensure i get them in first
