And is he the only one who has had some off days this season?
With a half decent team in this division Robbie would be a different player. He's the only player who had speed to chase and catch a couple of breakaways.

As for the OP, my sister asked Littler why he was leaving after our last game of the season on Sunday.
His apparently replied that he's always planned to play his final year for his hometown club, and intend to retire at the end of next season.
Don't think he mentioned anything about a coaching role though?!

I got told off a mate who speaks to Littler that he told him he wants to play for Leigh next year because he's a leigh lad and wouldn't mind finishing his career off for his hometown.
