Good question - I think no, I think they are incorporating the coaching position into the job.

He would also be working for the LSV. I think there maybe be method in the apparent madness

Maybe it would be easier for the New Zealander to obtain a work permit AND visa if he was employed by the LSV (funded by local government) rather than a professional RL club who looked like they could be going into history a few months ago.

Seems to me that the club and the LSV are working together on this one.

Oh and re the pic on the previous post with the pic my hair used to be like that a couple of years ago.

Yes Paul Terzis WAS general manager for at least 6 months before he was sacked.

And he generated a sell-out for the CC 1/4 final v The Pies in '02 by describing it as 'tribal warfare' in his interviews!!
I understand he also did a lot of work behind the scenes generating sponsorship, and raising the club profile.....as well as turning out an entertaining brand on the pitch!!

Good man was Turk......we could do a lot worse for the GM role - and he wouldn't have any Visa problems!!

Unfortunatley he was a beaten man in the end , 5 games against Salford and we got further behind each match that year , they targeted us as the only team they had to beat , cracking bloke and probably a lot less stressed these days

Top man and a favoured coach from what I've heard from past players.

However, the advertisement had me shaking my head - I think the only thing they missed advertising was being able to make a brew not to milky.

I liked the bit about eliminating hunger and world peace.
