Stobarts is clearly better than the LSV.

You pay for quality and the RFL didn't want to pay the going rate for a state of the art stadium so they opted for the cheaper option. Clearly the Stobart was built on a shoestring budget that allows them to under-cut the more prestigous stadia in the region.
