What changes would u make?


Nicho in for me

I would n`t disagree, we definitely miss the quickness around the ptb when Nicho is n`t playing.

We need a good scrum half'not least to help Riddy.

I rate Ryan Brierley but he's not a scrum half and is wasted there.

Beswick isn't a scrum half either. Fans say try McNally there' incuding me but I have also suggested Penky.

Quite frankly the best our team have played this season was against Wigan reserves and unless PR has sorted out our defence on both wings then this will be a very tough game for us imo.

Nicho at 9, beswick 7,

Worth a try, in my opinion too.

Tight pitch needs pace at 9 with a direct gameplan, would not play Ryan in this game with 3 forwards and Penky on the bench.

Id like Nicho at 9 and Penky at 7 .

A bit of pace and mobility and Penky's experience needed on their poor pitch .

I'd love a bit more use of the ball rather than the pass pass inside ball tactic that we're used to .

,or are you just repeating what i have said ?Im not a Nico fan but i would give him a go on Sunday , he deserves a chance , young Ryan is not a scrum -half and Riddy needs help at Half Back , give McNally a go , but i still think we will beat Dews ,and Charlie will be there .

Penky is definitely not a 6 or 7. He was played in these positions for Halifax on a few occasions and it wasn't successful.

And neither is Beswick.

The only proper 7 we have within our ranks is in the Under 20's and maybe isnt quite ready, but is he if he is good enough?

That is Josh ward, one of the best I have seen at amatuer level at his age for the last 12 years

Cant see PR dropping Beswick or Penky to accomodate Nicho though.

He should do in the two big games this season Fev away Eagles home Nico would have done better in my opinion

Poor wording from me. Beswick and Penky will play, so Beswick needs to play 7 to accommodate all 3. Nicho has been badly missed this season and his replacements have been poor imo

I also would be introducing Josh against the likes of Doncaster, Hunslet, Haven, Town, Keighley, Swinton and Barrow - especially at home. I would like to see 5/6 appearances this year from the lad.

Is Thomas Coyle not fit yet?

I wouldn't play him at all unless at FB.

Not bad that Mo , id be willing to give it a go .

Will Gardners tackling improve if he is on the wing ? Do you think he might drift inside and is he fast enough ?

Leave it to PR he watches the same team as we do imo.

We can always sack him if he gets it wrong.
