| As poll-creator-in-chief Jonny hasn't got to it already, thought I'd stick this on to see what sort of numbers we're looking at for those joining the Touchdown Club that was announced tonight - I know forms were given out at the meeting but not everyone was able to get hold of a pen!
Just an outline for what you get;
Bronze Package - £20 per month or £220 per year
Season ticket, online monthly newsletter, discount on match DVD's, two entries in to monthly draw, free stadium tour, entry to players/coaches/officials social night (2 per year), free entry to one friendly (if payment is made by 30/11/2011)
Silver Package - £30 per month or £330 per year
Season ticket, online monthly newsletter, discount on match DVD's, [ithree[/i entries in to monthly draw, free stadium tour, entry to players/coaches/officials social night (2 per year), free entry to one friendly (if payment is made by 30/11/2011), text on matchday with team sheet, matchday programme (email version), members shirt, £5 LISA membership
Gold (Corporate) Package - £50 per month or £550 per year
Corporate season ticket (£25 per month for any extra ST's), framed signed members shirt, match day programme (presumably in print rather than email), invite to enjoy hospitality/buffet lunch before each home game, priority seating in West Stand or seat in a box, matchday advert on big screen
When considering taking the Bronze package and a LISA membership would be £25 to begin with, I would like to think that a lot of people will go for the Silver package for what is effectively only another a fiver each month - pretty sure that's the option I'll be going for anyroad.

Fair play Ian, though even with the amount of home games you miss it still might be worthwhile getting a basic season ticket if it saves you cash in the long run?

Must admit I'd be looking to change the amount of my existing membership as a result of it being included in the package (LISA would still be getting the same amount from me btw).

| Dont forget, this money is collected MONTHLY by direct debit.
The money is then put into the club every month which makes sure there is a steady income rather than taking season ticket money in December and spending it by April. It's linked with LISA to help bounce off each other and also work together with them and the brilliant eforts they make.
But more importantly, the FANS own the Touchdown Club and for every £20k profit a share within Leigh Centurions is allocated to it.
The fans will also nominate and elect an individual to sit on the Board of Directors once a year.
Its a way of the fans owning part of the club and having a say in how its run.
The more successful it is, the bigger ownership and say it will have in the club. Simple as that.

| LISA will also get the same benefits too, so theres a package for everyone really whether you can afford a fiver a month or £50 a month, LISA btw have plenty of £10, £15 and £20 a month members and even £30 a month members also.

People can continue to support LISA, the two schemes are not trying to compete for the same pound coin because it all ends up in the same pot anyway.
It was important to link with LISA for this very reason, the TC does not want to dilute LISA membership, it wants to help boost it which is why the Silver package gives membership to LISA. £5 of that package goes straight to LISA for their funds.
Between the two it also gives everyone a range of choices depending on what they can afford becuase a quid a week from a student is just as important as a tenner a week from a local business.

| I've got the proposals to upload and these will be done tomorrow. I'm hoping to receive the little slip as well where the Corporate club are looking at targetting other companies, employers with view to them coming onboard for networking and having corporate season tickets etc..
I'm very positive about this and the workable thing is, if they get at least 500 it makes a tidy sum that is paid in monthly as Steve says. It should ensure the club budgets far better and goes some way to being self sustainable.

| Just a question, if we can become self sustainable, will that put us in a better position in the RFL's eyes then say someone with a wealthy backer?

I was doing some maths on my way into work earlier on. I make it that if we get 500 people paying an average of £25 per month, which to me seems reasonable as a lot of season ticket holders will take up this deal. That's 150k per annum.
If we sold 1400 season tickets at last years early bird price of £110, we'd make 154k.

| Didnt quite grasp it last night, was late getting in, but it now makes much more sense.
My only criticism is that I believe all members of the scheme should get access to the main bar area before and after games to enhance the match day experience and create a bond with fellow passionate fans that the club can nurture, which would also create peer pressure to join.
Finally 3 seasons on and the walls are still grey with not a photo of LRLFC's past history to be seen.

We could do with LSV helping us make the ground feel like 'home'. Just a few pictures, allowing the North Standers to leave flags up, maybe rename the stands. It's all free for them.
Rename the stands. Let it out to a vote for the people of Leigh. £1 per vote.
