What a win for Fev also, 42-0 away at Rochdale. Who in their last home game v Toronto, would have beat them but for missing a last minute penalty. As for our team, think the coaching staff finally know the players that 'will do a job' for us, and who won't i.e. Larne Patrick (loaned out to Workington, dropped after 1 sub appearance)

| I can’t wait to watch this one on LCTV. I literally walked around the house this morning with my iPad in my hand hitting refresh every 5 seconds on Mark Taylor’s Twitter. Great result

| An excellent performance. Well played to the players and coaching team. The spirit is there for all to see and the supporters are responding. I was disappointed to see Hall switched to centre, after his performance on Friday, at stand off, but he had another good game, as did Reynolds at stand off, showing a refreshing willingness to take on the line.
Anyway, to those who said "It's only Dewsbury" and "It's only Swinton", even though we beat them well, today we beat the team that was top, last Thursday!

As said on another thread, this is great news. Our best hope to have Reynolds doing exactly this, linking well with Hutchy and feeding Hall and Crooks in the centres. Add Mats firing into the line onto good balls and we will be hard to defend. Well done to the whole club but especially Ben Reynolds

| Got to the LSV for the first time this season. Gimli Sammut was the man of the first half today when Leigh were also playing against the ref and themselves (though from the Southern end of the West Stand the back-handed grounding for what would have been Leigh's second try looked good).
Second half, wet conditions and ball seemingly led, strangely, to less C&W errors. Comfortable win in the end but switching off (shaking hands and patting backs after the DG) led to the last London try.
Let's hope those 6 points don't make a nasty difference at the end of the season.

Liam Hood for me, but it could have been one of five. I know who wouldn't get any applause and that would be the man in green in the middle.

Hood and Higham complement each othe very well, get a lot of go forward for the full 80 with them 2
Hanson MOM for me, made a few errors but put a hell of a stint in (thought he'd done the full 80 but it appears not)
Both halfs looked more threatening in attack, and both are very good defensively
Hope Hall is settling in, because he doesn't look out of place anywhere along the back line. And big wraps to Crookes, who seemed to be struggling earlier on the season but is looking a lot more solid now

Derek, my top 3 for Mom would be 1st Hutchy, 2nd Hall, 3rd HH run closely by Peter Matty.

Corn't argue wi that Ian, although i like J Thompson as he always puts a good shift in.
I also thought that the ref tried to keep the game moving as much as he possible could, which i liked, coz i corn't stond a game weer it's stop start all the time. Overall i really enjoyed the game today, and also the result of course.

Agree about JT, player of the season for me so far - bit of an unsung hero, got a crackin movememt with his feet as shown with his try (although I'd have been naffed off if we'd conceded it through the middle like that)

It's something all teams have to learn. I just thought the ref used common sense in the bad conditions, and let the game keep moving. Credit to him for that

The hand off from Jordan made that try. It created the space for him to dance through.
