Hope Ste is ok it was awful

I don't feel comfortable putting on here what happened but it was a unfortunate accident inside the ground that was awful to see. I sincerely hope Ste is okay & wish him a speedy recovery

I don't get frightened very easily but what happened behind me today shocked me
to the boots. I really hope that Stephen is safe and well and I never have to see that again. Dear god I don't know what his friends and parents went through but I hope
I never have to go through it. Lessons need to be learned from today right across this game. Get better very soon Ste.

So what happened ? No detail needed but Trip/fall, somebody throwing? stand collapse.

Terrible to see. I believe he had a heart attack. A Sheffield woman gave him CPR and the Sheffield club doctor rushed over and shortly after he was taken to an ambulance on a stretcher. Heard on the way home he is stable and still in Hospital in Sheffield.

Thoughts of every Leyther are with him.

How absolutely awful. Poor Stephen, I hope he's OK. It must have been pretty shocking for all those who witnessed it too but I suppose he was 'lucky' for it to happen where it did and that he got the speediest attention.

Appalled to hear about Steve. My thoughts are with him for a speedy recovery.

And well done to the doctor, medical staff and Sheffield fan, who all obviously did so well for him, in his hour of need.
