What time is it Swinton v Leigh and Leigh v Workington ?

I am not sure.Does anyone know for definite ?

Well I have 12 o'clock Swinton and 3pm for Workington

The Workington game may also get changed to 12 o clock too

There does appear to be some confusion hence my post. No doubt we need an announcement on the Official site.

Sporting life have the worky game at 1400. Request to the club. Please tell us especially if you want anyone to attend.

Perhaps they may be still sorting it out?

With just two weeks to go!! Well if something comes up before i know when we are playing that may get the vote instead of the rugby.....just saying

Same happened with me for Good Friday, though at least it's not Leigh missing out on the money on that occasion. This sort of thing should have been sorted weeks ago.

Bit worrying if established fans are unsure of what the kick off time is.
Must admit I thought it was 3pm v Workington !

Like a lot of others I think the "Twinning" is the latest bit of lunacy by the people running our game.

Our players respond however to the support us Leythers give them and that is why I will be there when we play Wire reserves assuming I can find out the correct kick off time of course.

According to the Swinton poster their home match against us on March 29 KO is 12 noon.

Jeez folks how official do you want it....... It's on the rfl official site that we play the baby wolves @ 12 and then Worky @ 2pm.

We used to have downloadable posters and I've asked if we can have them again it's being looked into.

Which has been known to be wrong in the past, and certainly won't be the first port of call for many regular supporters, never mind casual fans.

Yes as it stands, I shall be giving it a miss however I may have second thoughts on the actual day. I shall however be there as usual for our home match on the Monday.

This is never gonna happen and the land lord wouldn't like it but, say the Club asked all the fans not to come Good Friday and donate(tax free) their admission fees to LISA.
It would give the club about £11000 tax free, but its already been said about about fans not travelling away and giving the money to the club instead, the players would suffer, as they really do like to see and hear the fans support, it makes them play better. Parker commented on this at the LISA meeting.
So its serves no purpose boycotting the Swinton game... which some fans say they are doing. A few saying they will donate their entrance fee to LISA.
I dont like the thought of playing Wire reserves also, but Ill be there to cheer on my team.
AS its SWINTON HOME fixture the KO time, is out of our Control, however they've not thought it out very well, if they'd have looked at the other SL fixtures that day and KO times. Wigan v Saints in the pub may just appeal to some fans rather then watching us against Wire reserves.
As for the Worky game I was told it could change to 12.

A fortnight before the game, there should be absolutely no question of "it could change". Should have been set in stone weeks (months?) ago and advertised as such.

I agree with you Matt. It's too late to contemplate changing it now.

The club is advertising 15:00 kickoff time for the workey game,seems a bit daft if its not sure.

It does seem the Official website was updated today.

Swinton Wolves v Leigh Good Friday 12 noon kick off. Easter Monday Leigh Independant Centurions v Workington 3pm kick off.

Suppose thats the end of the matter.

Far from it, considering the RFL website lists a 2pm kick off on Easter Monday.
