It seem very bland.
Is it possible for someone to re-design it,brighten it up a bit,maybe incorporate the NRC into it? new beginning 'n' all that.

I love your effort mate. but the banner size is an issue as it they are smaller than the older ones sou will need to make it a little more compact. i have taken it and reformed it as a vector so i could make it correct size without ruining it and it came back as;

and now ive started im probably going to make alot more
