Should be an interesting team selection at Doncaster.

We play the deck we have, add Marsh and hopefully Armistead to it and we can beat most teams.
What we need is players playing were they are comfortable and a gameplan that doesnt bore the bumhole off speccies.

It is calling for McConnell, Marsh, Watson, Durbin at 9,13, 7, 6.
Let Durbin play 9 on attack and McConnell on defence. Marsh puts some size in the back row.

Looks OK to me that. But have proper defenders in their correct positions.

Team should be interesting on Sunday and I think there will be definate changes to the wings. Rudd to come in? Marsh might go into the front row and I think Durbin will start.

Not a bad idea from Maurice to play Jock at 9 when were defending but have both him and Durbin on the pitch.

Marsh will be at 13. Nothing wrong with front row if we play to our strengths, ie with pace from PTB by Durbin and Taylor/armistead being the 4th prop.
Donlan where he should be and Rudd/Higson centres.

Is Armistead back, I thought I read he was going to be out for longer. Great news if true. I agree about Rudd/Higson in the centres to young, enthuastic and both good tacklers.

so what did Haggerty do wrong? his defensive side went to hell in a handcart when he went off injured, and Stewart couldnt match either his defensive capabilities or his attack.

I agree, I think Haggerty has been a good acquisition for us from Saints and has provided stability in the back row. How much longer have we got him for? I'm guessing that he has been left out of the team sex on legs wrote due to the assumption of Armistead being back for Sunday.

Says in Reporter Haggerty has signed for another months loan and Armistead is unlikely to be fit.
