We draw Batley in quarter finals after they dump London out of cup. Their travelling away fan was more concerned that he couldn't buy strawberries and cream to be washed down by a glass of fine claret to follow his pie and peas.

We only beat Fax away from LSV, will this buck the trend?

Fax will be up for this after last week and Laithwaite will be a big loss, as will Spencer.

With question marks over Bibey, Parker and Taylor I feel Fax will sneak this one by 8pts, but lets hope the 18th man can get our lads on a roll.

Leigh 24 Fax 18 and a 'hard-fought fight' - Attendance 2899 - but wot do I know? We have beaten them twice this year - lets make it a 'Hat Trick'

I reckon this may only be won in the last 5 minutes. 20 odd 20 odd, not sure what exactly but only 2 or 1 point in it. I really don't know which way it will go, too close to call. Their defence surely will be better and they will be better on attack which will even the game right up. Crowd hopefully to hit the 3000 mark but more likely 2600/2700.

If PR has the lads in the right frame of mind i predict a score of Leigh 28 v Fax 18 , but what do i know ?I said Fax would win the previous game

Should be a good un. On one hand im sort of glad we had a bit of a hiding last week but then on the other hand you have beaten us twice both times convincingly this season. Im praying for dry weather and an improved attitude from our players.
