when I went to pay in my lifeline money this morn, the builders were very busy next to the ticket office ,I was reliably informed that it is about to become a super Doctors surgery along the lines of the one in Ince. also there were lots of coppers in and around the Legends bar I dont know whether or not they had paid to get in.

It is simple really. If an unemployed person is deemed to be suitable then an interview should be arranged for them, if they don't attend, or turn down the job just stop their benefits. Theres plenty they can still claim once working for the minimum wage.
