After watching the lads this pre season i'm not to fussed if we stick with the lads we've got however if we do decide to bring some lads in who would you go for?

If we need a centre I liked the look of the Wigan lad who played at No4 against us. Was his name Gelling?

The Wigan no 4 was Jack Hughes - he is normally a backrower.

Very good kid and would make a good dual but I think we need a prop or two - Spencer, Burke or Crosby from the Pies would be a good option.

If Taylor/Goulden are out for a few weeks we will need Spencer, if not then leave him for the firmer grounds from Easter onwards. Would hate to see lads this year not playing for a DR when they have taken a drop in wages, leave it at Spencer for the time being and keep the powder dry.

I WATCHED A COUPLE OF THE RESERVES MATCHES LAST YEAR. COULDN'T GET TO THEM ALL AS I LIVE IN MORECAMBE BUT YOU HAD A COUPLE OF GOOD CENTRES/WINGERS IN THAT TEAM. THE LAD THAT SCORED THE WINNING TRY AGAINST HALIFAX WAS REALLY QUICK. THE HALF BACK WAS FAST AS WELL.

The guy who posted it on the Widnes site usually gets things correct.Jack Owens is a cracking fullback and has a big future.Leuluai has been awful and i be glad to get shut of him.

No need to panic with any duals,give the players we have a chance 1st. Only area we are a bit short is at prop,every other position we have got cover,Littler,Gardner can play centre or second row,Beswick can play hooker or loose forward,Duffy can do hooker or scrum half,McNally can play stand off,full back or wing.There are other players in the squad that can cover several positions.Roll on sunday
