Hi Glee. You say you were an electrical draughtsman. My Dad was the same at Norweb (etc) for many years. No chance you worked there by any chance ?

Over the years that I worked as an electrical draughtsman I worked at fifteen mainly engineering companies across the north of England plus two in London but never at Norweb, Vancouver Leyther.
I also spent a week at a cotton mill in Hungary and two weeks at another cotton mill in Portugal all of which helped me in one way or another to get ideas for story lines for the six novels that I have written.

I’ve been to a few places in my years, but cotton mills in Poland and Hungary take some beating mate !

It was Portugal, not Poland where I spent a week!
