If only we knew who 'the club' is these days. All the board and the coaching staff are away on holiday so none of them seemed to be too concerned about what's happening.
Quote="charlie caroli"Mo ,I admire your eternal optimism,,and I know as a bloke you are a decent person, who I would never knock, you must think I'm the eternal pessimist, but to most our position at the moment isn't good,Fans won't any commitment till they can see some light.
They see as we all do our competitors signing players and making plans for next season, the Championship is only like SL for players, ie only so many available, last season we had more than a decent squad of players and couldn't make the top 4 , this season it will be much harder with every Club strengthening, yet we haven't got a player signed up yet, so we will be a new squad playing together for the first time, again given as one of the main reasons for last season's failures.
DB or whoever is in charge will have a very hard job getting them to gel, and them compete, that can't be done by not spending money, =#80BF00surely our Central Funding money will be more than the Club's who finished below us,yet it seems we are still behind the 8 ball.Again I admire your optimism, but Im not convinced.
