But he’s no knowledge of getting teams where they need to be. There’s a reason some coaches go years as assistant before making the move to first team. Let KP get experience at a club who doesn’t have such high ambitions as us. Let him earn his stripes at somewhere like Barrow. The best English coach in the game Powell spent how many years at Feb learning the game and what it takes. Leigh need someone who can come in. Turn it round and get a team promoted. Purtill like many coaches linked don’t have that experience.
