It has been announced by the Club that Leigh Centurions are to partner Sheffield Eagles on a DR agreement for the 2017 season, I agree with Jukesy and Derek that it will benefit both Clubs, as we have a fair sized squad this year and give the players not involved in the particular match at least some game time, I know a few fans don't like the DR system but I do .
This arrangement may have been long in the planning but I would have thought Bradford a better option.
Without knowing when this went from discussions to agreements in relation to Bradfords recent troubles, it would be hard to say if Bradford could have been an option.
Bradford are geographically closer & pre implosion a better squad with a reputable youth set up.
Of course any deal with Bulls could also have gone completely T!T$ Up !!!
Couldn't agree more Ste, I think that seagulls carry as much risk as Bulls to be honest, but I've never been a fan of Aston and don't think that I ever will be
